Summary

Adds validated local profile installation for v0.1.9.

  • adds server-side profile-v2 validation and canonical SHA-256 identity
  • adds bundled/local profile catalog, validation, preview, installation, and provenance APIs
  • materializes profiles through the existing component, meter, work-group,
    work-definition, and asset domain services
  • adds transactional profile revision/install/binding persistence
  • adds profile authorization, auditing, and lifecycle cleanup
  • adds desktop profile validation/preview/install workflow
  • adds runtime and CI protections for multi-instance ambiguity, component cycles,
    meter-unit compatibility, and profile-v2-only installation
  • fails closed for profile parts until the parts subsystem is implemented
  • updates architecture, API, security, profile-format, domain-model, roadmap,
    product documentation, README, CHANGELOG, and contributor guidance
